Terms and Conditions

​Seamless Spaces is a fully insured, trusted team of two. We pride ourselves on cleaning to the highest standards, using quality cleaning products and equipment. We hold current up to date PVG's with Disclosure Scotland.

​1. Quotes & Scope of Work

​Our quotes cover only the services agreed upon during appointments.

​Additional tasks requested on the day that fall outside the agreed scope of work will incur additional charges.

​2. Prices

​Prices reflect the high standard of work provided and are non-negotiable.

​Quotes are based on property size, condition, and requirements.

​Prices include all cleaning products, equipment, and insurance.

​3. Payment Terms

​Any bookings over £50 will require a 10% deposit.

​Small deposits may be requested to secure your booking date.

​The remaining balance is due on the day and must be paid prior to work commencing, unless otherwise agreed.

​4. Cancellations

​More than 24hrs in advance: No charge.

​Less than 24hrs in advance: Full visit charge.

​Repeated late cancellations or "no shows" may result in services being withdrawn.

​If we are unable to access the property as arranged, the clean will be charged at full price.

​5. Photos & Social Media

​Before work commences, photographs will be taken for insurance purposes and quality assurance.

​Before and after photographs may be taken for quotations, quality assurance, and insurance purposes.

​Images will only be used for marketing with the client's prior permission. Privacy is important to us.

​6. Access

​Clients are responsible to ensure safe and timely access to the property.

​If we are unable to access at the agreed time, the appointment may be chargeable.

​7. Existing Damage

​Any existing damage should be brought to our attention prior to work commencing.

​We will not accept responsibility for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

​8. Cleaning & Sanitising

​Our service is a professional clean and sanitise, not a restoration.

​This applies to all areas of the property, including ovens & appliances.

​We remove dirt, grease, and build-up using cleaning products and equipment.

​We cannot guarantee to restore items to "like-new" condition. Results depend on age, condition, and previous care.

​9. Products & Equipment

​We use high-quality Eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment where possible.

​10. Pets & Interruptions

​For health and safety reasons, we kindly ask that pets are kept secure and that areas being cleaned remain free from unnecessary interruptions from residents, visitors, or other persons whilst cleaning is in progress.

​11. Working Hours

​Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Our working hours may vary depending on clean required and time restraints and we may work past 5pm with prior agreement from the client.

​Weekends and bank holidays are available at premium rates.
